Every day, we all make many decisions about what to eat. It’s complicated; the shelves are stocked with ethical dilemmas.
We contend with high prices, a dozen kinds of breakfast cereal to choose from and ever-evolving appeals to our consciences: organic, local, grass-fed, plant-based, low-carbon, free range, pasture-raised, farm fresh, natural, etc.
