All are invited to a fundraising dinner at 6 p.m. at Rouge Valley Mennonite Church (7452 Reesor Rd., Markham, Ont.). Funds raised will assist the Laos Canadian Evangelical Mennonite Church (LCEMC) in repaying a $15,000 building loan. The theme of the meal will be, "Dining at a Laotian Home." The price per ticket is $40 ($20 for meal and $20 for tax deductible donation toward building fund). The program will include a presentation about LCEMC and how it all began.
